We are looking for an MBU Manufacturing Leader in our Company!

• Supervise the production activities of her/his department guaranteeing the respect of safety and quality procedures.
• Manage and coordinate employees in her/his area.
• Oversee the daily activities of the plant even through her/his teams.
• Check daily the production to guarantee the production volumes agreed with planning department.
• Guarantee efficiencies, quality compliance, SHE compliance and cost compliance.
• Lead and execute continuous improvement programme in her/his department.
• Ensure periodical coaching activities for her/his team.
• Identify and support the implementation of projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency and costs.

This figure reports directly to the Production Manager. It is appreciated that our candidate has a continuous improvement approach, good communication with others, problem solving and goal oriented.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering;
• 3+ years experience as Manufacturing Leader.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and tools;
• Experience in using the core functions of MS Excel;
• Measuring KPI’s;
• Proficient in English;
