Your responsibilities and tasks:

1. Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
3. Serve as supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary.
4. Coordinate activities during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary.
5. Maintain and care for supplied tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
6. Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts, new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.

Your profile and qualifications:

1. Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization is preferable).
2. Willingness to travel to Italy (abroad for approximately 200 days/year, mostly in Italy but also some travel abroad).
3. Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays occasionally (once a month variably).
4. Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2).
5. Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and applications is a plus.
