A private family in Abu Dhabi would like a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse in the residence from birth. Feeding, sleep schedules and close weight monitoring will shape your first months. By late June the family heads to their home in Surrey for the summer, and you travel with them so newborn routines stay unbroken. A night nanny supports you, but clinical decisions rest with you. Requirements You hold nurse or midwife registration gained in the UK or Europe. The family is looking for 3+ years of post-qualification nursing experience. Experience caring for multiples is a real advantage. You are a calm communicator in English and keep the household's affairs private. Neonatal life support training should be up to date. Benefits The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your room within the family's residence, meals and summer travel are provided by the family. Rest days are fixed in your rota from the start. The family employs you directly; we verify your background and make the introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
