Material Management Specialist

The resource will be part of the Supply Chain team and will support procurement activities, supplier coordination, and material flow monitoring, contributing to operational efficiency and to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Material Procurement: schedules and supplier orders, delivery monitoring, critical sourcing management, transportation requests.
- Supplier Account Management - shipping of materiel, planning and acquisition of finished components, inventory management and monitoring.
- MRP Management: exception control, stock monitoring, delivery verification, discrepancies reporting, stock adjustments, contract verification and orders.
- Change Management: ensure the right introduction (phase-in/phase-out) of new components in terms of supplier orders, inventory and obsolescence, production requirements and orders.
- KPI Management: data collection, supplier performance monitoring.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of logistics/supply chain experience
- Experience in supplier management and labour account
- SAP knowledge MM module)
- English fluent
