Overview
We are looking for a temporary position (6 months extendable) in the Italy and AMFI Supply Chain Department in order to replace a maternity leave.
The person will work in the ERP Master data management area, and will be based in Florence.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Product Master Data on the AS400 System, as follows:
- Creating and maintaining the full set of the Product Master Data and the Bill of Materials (BOM) of all the Finished Products manufactured by the Italian Menarini Manufacturing Sites: Firenze Sette Santi, Firenze Via di Scandicci, L'Aquila.
- Creating all the Master Data for the components contained in the BOM of the manufactured product (e.g. active ingredient, excipients, packaging materials, etc.).
- Creating and maintaining Master Data (item code and any other supply chain Master Data) for the Finished Products and promotional materials of the Italian Commercial Companies of the Menarini Group: A. Menarini IFR, Guidotti, Malesci, Lusofarmaco, FIRMA, AMFI.
- Contribute to the drafting and revision of Corporate GMP documentation related to the coding creation (GUI, SOP, WL, etc.).
- Providing technical support during qualification and validation activities of computerized systems (Systems related to coding activities, and that interface with AS400 System).
- Managing and keeping updated the list of users in Trackwise System that can take part in the activity flow of new codes creation.
- Managing and handling of assigned actions resulting from Quality Events, Corporate Change Control and CAPAs, within defined deadlines, for AMLS Firenze Sette Santi, AMMLS Via di Scandicci, AMLS L'Aquila and Corporate sites.
- Training execution about Corporate Supply Chain topics (i.e. Trackwise System training for new codes request, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or Scientific disciplines
- Good knowledge of English
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Good attitude in working in team as well as individually
- Good knowledge of Excel
