Based in our office in Carpi (Modena), we are looking for a Account Manager, Mass Market to join our team and drive performance across key distribution channels.

This position represents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of the wholesale strategy across Mass Market. The role will play a key part in maximizing revenue, optimizing stock monetization, and ensuring brand consistency across all distribution channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales performance and key KPIs (revenue, margin, sell-in, stock clearance)
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate the Key Account Management team, setting priorities, targets, and action plans
  • Develop commercial plans aligned with brand positioning and overall business objectives
  • Oversee stock management and liquidation strategies in collaboration with Planning and Merchandising teams
  • Lead key negotiations and manage strategic wholesale accounts
  • Ensure consistency of brand positioning across all distribution channels, with particular focus on off-price environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
  • Identify new business opportunities to optimize stock monetization
  • Prepare regular reports and provide performance insights to the Director Mass Market

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale roles within apparel and/or footwear
  • Proven experience managing off-price, mass market, or similar distribution channels
  • Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics and multi-channel distribution strategies
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance management
  • Experience in stock management and inventory optimization
  • Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
