The Martech / AI Integration Lead combines strong business understanding with technical and delivery expertise to accelerate the practical adoption of marketing technology and AI within the tribe. This role translates business challenges into concrete martech and AI requirements, shapes high value use cases, and drives execution to help build a more data driven, automated and agentic marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business challenges and commercial opportunities into clear martech and AI requirements, roadmaps and delivery priorities
- Build and deliver business cases for martech and AI initiatives, with a strong focus on impact, scalability and measurable value creation
- Define, structure and prioritize use cases that improve marketing effectiveness, customer experience, operational efficiency and conversion
- Drive the implementation and roll out of selected use cases across the organization, ensuring adoption and practical business usage
- Partner closely with Group and relevant expert teams to align on standards, platforms, governance and the implementation of AI in marketing processes
- Act as the linking pin between business, data, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective execution
- Ensure all martech and AI initiatives are delivered within the bank’s risk appetite, data governance standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to automate marketing workflows, improve personalization and strengthen decision making through data and AI
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies and steer delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring momentum and timely execution
- Promote a test and learn mindset and help build the capabilities, ways of working and stakeholder alignment needed for an increasingly agentic marketing department
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, data, technology or a related field
- Strong technical and data background, with proven affinity for marketing technology, AI and digital transformation
- Relevant experience in martech, digital marketing, marketing operations, data, product or transformation roles
- Ability to understand business needs quickly and translate them into pragmatic, high impact solutions
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on customer value, efficiency and business results
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Strong project and delivery management skills, with the ability to structure work and get things done in complex environments
- Experience building use cases, business cases and implementation plans for digital, data or AI driven initiatives
- Understanding of risk, governance and compliance considerations in regulated environments is a strong plus
- Hands on, proactive and execution focused, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent English
