We are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Performance Analyst.


The Marketing Strategy & Performance Analyst role analyzes the cost, performance, and effectiveness assessments for marketing initiatives using a structured, activity-based approach.

This role works directly with marketing plans, campaign briefs, media strategies, agency proposals, and performance data to understand how marketing activities are designed, executed, and optimized, and to evaluate associated spend, resource effort, and return on investment.

In this position, you will use established marketing analytics, financial evaluation, and performance measurement methods to analyze spend, provide guidance to internal stakeholders, and support optimization and convergence activities across marketing portfolios.

You will collaborate with global marketing, sales, finance, procurement, and agency partners to ensure competitive, transparent, and effective marketing strategies from early planning through campaign execution and post-launch evaluation.

Multiple roles may be fulfilled within this job posting across marketing domains such as Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital & Social Media, Events, Advertising, and Customer Engagement. Position fulfillment will utilize applicant background and experience aligned with internal marketing needs.

Key Deliverables

• Analyze marketing spend and performance estimates for new campaigns, launches, and initiatives, including early-phase budgetary and effectiveness assessments

• Analyze using bottom-up, activity-based marketing cost and effort models including Advertising, Media, local events, Auto Shows, etc.

• Provide performance insights and optimization recommendations during campaign planning and execution to support Marketing-to-Value objectives

• Support sourcing and agency management activities through analysis of bids, retainers, media spend, production costs, and scope assumptions

• Contribute to benchmarking, effectiveness studies, and continuous improvement initiatives across ongoing and completed campaigns

• Collaborate closely with global marketing teams, brand leads, finance, procurement, and agency partners

• Provide global campaign performance comparisons and spend transparency in partnership with marketing analytics and finance communities


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, consulting, or related industries

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills to translate data into actionable insights

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, brands, or initiatives with varying scopes and timelines

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for data analysis and executive presentations

• Ability to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization, functions, and global regions


Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with marketing performance metrics, ROI modeling, and activity-based budget frameworks

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: brand management, digital marketing, media planning, or customer analytics

• Knowledge of agency operating models, media buying, and campaign production processes

• Experience supporting marketing spend governance or budget optimization initiatives

• Exposure to consumer insights, campaign testing, or continuous improvement methodologies
