Job Description
SME Factory is a business unit within the Customer Intelligence team, part of the SME Marketing division.
The unit’s objective is to manage SME Customers through outbound phone marketing campaigns focused on upselling, cross-selling of POS solutions and value-added services and prevention / retention management.
Main Responsibilities
The resource will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the design of initiatives targeting current customers and prospects, actively contributing both in the ideation phase and during operational go-live and call listening sessions
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to plan monthly campaigns
  • Monitoring activity KPIs and supporting the campaign cost definition process
  • Managing external vendors providing outbound services
  • Coordinating with internal departments for the supplier invoicing process
  • Optimizing campaign performance: analyzing outbound activity results to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective and enhancement actions
Required Skills
  • Experience in managing outbound campaigns or operational marketing
  • Strong coordination and project management skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, HubSpot)
  • Result-oriented mindset and focus on customer experience
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially in supplier management
  • Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team
