The Role
We are looking for a Performance-driven Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our lead acquisition funnel. You won't just be \"running ads\"; you will be responsible for the entire engine that powers our sales team. This role is a hybrid of creative execution and data analysis.

What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Execute and optimize lead acquisition campaigns across multiple social channels (Meta, etc.) and offline media according to our internal playbook. In some cases, you will coordinate with a specialist of the channel (ex. Google ads).
- Content Production: Support the creation of high-quality video content. You’ll be the \"technical engine\"—handling quick video editing and utilizing AI tools to generate and refine campaign creatives.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance via dashboards. You are expected to be the owner of your data; if a dashboard breaks or needs a new view, you’ll dive into our no-code tools to fix or improve it.
- Lead Quality Optimization: You are the bridge between marketing and sales. You will coordinate regularly with Sales Managers to analyze lead quality and adjust campaigns to ensure we aren’t just getting \"clicks,\" but high-intent prospects. Constantly iterate on targeting and messaging to improve the conversion rate from Lead to Revenue.

Who You Are
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in Lead Generation or Performance Marketing.
- Background: A degree in a quantitative field / Economics or equivalent proof of analytical background.
- \"Hunger\": You are extremely ambitious (affamato). You want to grow 10x faster than your peers and are ready to put in the work to make it happen.
- Execution over Strategy: You prefer doing and testing over long meetings and theoretical planning.
- Tech & Creative Hybrid: You are comfortable with video editing tools and eager to use AI to speed up creative workflows. Familiarity with no-code tools for dashboarding is a huge plus.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in Italian (to create local content) and English (for internal communication and strategy).
