The Role

We are looking for a 1 year experience Performance-driven Marketing Specialist to work on our lead acquisition funnel. This role is a hybrid of creative execution and data analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Scaling Meta Ads: Execute and optimize Lead Gen campaigns across Meta and other social channels using our internal playbook.
• Creative Execution: Act as the "technical producer"—using AI tools and quick video editing (CapCut/Canva) to rapidly test and iterate on ad creatives.
• Data Ownership: Monitor KPIs via dashboards. You are the owner of your data;
  if a view is missing, you’ll dive into our no-code tools to build it.
• Lead Quality Optimization: Partner with Sales Managers to analyze lead-to-sale conversion. You don't optimize for "clicks"—you optimize for revenue.

• Technical & Analytical: You have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Lead Gen focus) and you think in terms of CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Creative Hybrid: You are comfortable "getting your hands dirty" with video editing and eager to use AI to speed up workflows
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in Italian (to create local content) and English (for internal strategy)
