Marketing & Product Manager – Mobile Services is a key member of Marketing Department who will accelerate the growth of newly launched mobile services in a highly competitive international market.

In this role, you will own product and marketing initiatives end-to-end - from market intelligence and product strategy to go-to-market execution and ongoing optimization - working closely with Sales, Technology, Operations and external partners to maximize adoption, revenue and customer experience.


Key Tasks:

Portfolio & product strategy

  • Own and continuously evolve the Mobile Services portfolio (roadmap, packaging, pricing inputs, lifecycle management).
  • Define positioning, value proposition and messaging aligned to target segments and channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities through structured market analysis, customer insights and competitive benchmarking.

Go-to-market & growth

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches and major releases (commercial readiness, channel enablement, communications).
  • Design and test growth initiatives across digital channels (acquisition, conversion, retention), using data-driven experimentation.
  • Drive continuous product improvement based on KPIs, user feedback, funnel performance and market signals.

Digital channels & marketplace development

  • Propose and lead initiatives to develop and optimize e-commerce channels and digital marketplace experiences.
  • Explore and implement digital marketing solutions (campaign concepts, performance marketing inputs, content/messaging frameworks).

Sales enablement & stakeholder management

  • Enable Sales through sales kits, pitch decks, demos and training sessions, ensuring consistent and effective storytelling.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders for platform evolution, service enhancements and offer updates.


Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in Marketing and/or Product Management roles (international context preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile services, IoT and eSIM solutions, particularly in B2B and B2B2C models.
  • Solid experience with digital marketing, e-commerce and/or digital marketplace platforms.
  • Proven track record in go-to-market execution and product launches.
  • Strong analytical mindset and KPI ownership (ability to define metrics, monitor performance, and take corrective actions).
  • Fluent English.
  • IoT and eSIM for travelers


Education:

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.

Specialization in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or Product Management is a plus
