- Marketing Neurology Solution Lead
As a
Responsibilities
- Marketing Neurology Solution Lead — you lead the creation of the local Brand Plan collecting all insights from the field and using the relevant inputs from EU.
- Contribute by collecting and analyzing market and patients’ insights in the relevant Therapeutic Area, identifying growth drivers and potential competitive challenges, forecasting patient evolution over time within a short and medium-term horizon.
- Leading cross-functional development and implementation of the Patient Value Brand Plan.
- Providing the field team with impactful patient value solutions for implementation.
- Localizing centrally developed EU solutions for the Area in line with local insights, requirements and growth drivers.
- Developing local specific solutions created with external stakeholders.
- Aligning with the Scientific Lead and/or Medical Solution Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions is deployed in the area.
- Building, monitoring and tracking implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local teams. Measuring value and impact.
- Driving excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development.
- Actively contributing to EU communities, networks and project teams, when applicable, via insights collected through data analytics, area activities and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communication, Economics
- At least 5 years in marketing roles within healthcare; previous experience in stakeholder facing roles is appreciated
- An experience in digitalization and transformative processes is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
- Proven cross functional project team’s leadership and project management
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications (Italian & English)
- Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers
- Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
