We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our ever evolving EMEA Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce.ResponsibilitiesDrive growth across Spain and Italy, creating demand, accelerating pipeline and building brand presence in two high-opportunity markets.Work closely with Business Development teams to turn marketing strategy into measurable commercial impact, connecting Global Payments with the right clients at the right time.Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads across Spain and Italy.Create demand generation strategies that deliver measurable impact, accelerating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.Influence deal progression by partnering with Business Development teams to deliver targeted campaigns and account‑based initiatives.Build strong market presence through local programs including events, thought leadership and PR activity.Shape client engagement by developing compelling, market‑relevant content that positions Global Payments as a leader in payments.Identify market trends and opportunities to refine strategies and unlock new areas of growth.QualificationsExperience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.Proven track record in demand generation, lead generation, and pipeline development.Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English, with strong communication skills.Experience partnering with sales or Business Development teams to drive commercial outcomes.Ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships.Strong analytical skills and experience tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and markets.Bonus: Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM).Bonus: Knowledge of the payments or fintech landscape in Spain and Italy.Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo.Bonus: Experience managing agencies and external partners.For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is €42,700 to €58,000.Employment will be governed by the CCL Commercio national collective bargaining agreement.
