Marketing Manager (Switzerland, Italy, Portugal and Spain) (Milano, MI, IT)
In this role you lead integrated marketing for CHIPS in the EMEA region, driving brand awareness, leads, and sales. You will align local plans with global strategy and manage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Dealer Development. You’ll shape and optimize omnichannel campaigns, events, and PR to engage a growing rider community. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a high‑visibility market with a clear impact on business metrics. You’ll work with a regional team to deliver measurable outcomes that amplify Harley‑Davidson’s iconic brand in Europe. employee discounts on motorcycles and related products inclusive compensation package Lead 360 marketing planning for CHIPS region, aligning with global and regional strategies Oversee channel execution including paid media, social, earned media, email, dealer marketing, and events Deliver market plans and optimize against KPIs (demand/lead generation, reach, engagement, community metrics) Plan and run events and activations across motorcycle shows, dealer demos, HOG events, and other venues Manage day-to-day operations of the CHIPS marketing team (goal-setting, coaching, performance, development) Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Dealer Development across EMEA and CHIPS for integrated execution Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and ROI within budget Oversee regional PR activities Translate vision into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs Significant experience leading marketing teams across multiple countries Strong leadership with inclusive, collaborative people skills Digital‑first, omnichannel marketing expertise across multiple consumer types Proactive, results‑oriented, able to work independently and in teams Strong media, influencer, and industry partner relationships Experience managing large budgets (around 3 million) and agency/supplier relationships Typically 8+ years of relevant experience Fluent English and Italian; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence without authority Spanish or German and frequent travel are advantageous
