Prague, Czech Republic (Office-Based) We are seeking an experienced and creative Hospitality Marketing Manager to join a luxury hotel in Prague. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel marketing, digital campaigns, brand development, and partnership management within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth. Manage digital marketing channels, including the hotel website and social media platforms. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and travel industry stakeholders. Support hotel sales efforts through targeted marketing and lead-generation activities. Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and other marketing partners. Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards and business objectives. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand promotion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
