Your Role

As a part of our strategic evolution, we seek more than just a skilled professional – we’re looking for a standout personality! Someone who is autonomous, an expert, goal‑oriented, and passionate about the transport industry. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mindset who isn’t afraid to think outside the box!

In this cross‑functional role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication and work closely with various colleagues and departments.

The ideal candidate has solid experience or is a dynamic self‑starter with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, the ability to think strategically while remaining detail‑oriented, brings simplicity to complex issues and has a passion for working in a fast‑growing environment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the company’s marketing strategy in Italy
• Define and implement a marketing strategy which impacts sales and brand growth, monitor the competition, and support the expansion of our service in new locations
• Monitor and improve digital marketing campaigns with the help of internal experts and best‑in‑class digital marketing agencies
• Support the local teams with marketing materials
• Set up and participate in local events
• Conceive and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collaterals
• Ensure a good and correct presence of the brand in the market
• Create regular reports about the evolution and impact of the marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• A demonstrated experience in marketing of at least 4 to 6 years
• A solution‑oriented work style to feel comfortable in a fast‑growing work environment
• Basic knowledge of main digital marketing techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Ideally, some basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva)
• A positive attitude, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong results‑driven and data‑informed mindset, focused on achieving measurable business outcomes
• As a native Italian speaker, you also have fluency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
