MARKETING MANAGER

Pharma Point, on behalf of Substipharm, a lean and fast-growing international pharmaceutical company with a solid consolidated turnover, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the launch of products in new therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, including product positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
• Campaign Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and events.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science (ideally a Pharmacy degree) combined with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Languages: Really fluent in English, written and spoken; French would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Product Launch Experience: Proven track record of successfully launching or relaunching products in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools.
