The Marketing Manager is a key position within the Healthcare Marketing Team, responsible for executing the Healthcare Europe marketing strategy downstream. This role requires strategic and tactical capabilities, including understanding healthcare customers deeply to:
- Create and execute marketing strategies and sales enablement plans
- Lead product commercialization and launches
- Ensure seamless regional support and communication
- Support sales in growing revenue, profitability, and market share
This highly visible, cross-functional role involves collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, and others, along with communication with executives, customers, and partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with a passion for customer solutions. Reporting directly to the European Multichannel Marketing Leader, the role includes responsibilities such as supporting sales growth, developing market insights, managing key opinion leader networks, and executing marketing campaigns and product launches. Travel up to 25% is expected.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of sales & marketing experience or MBA with 5+ years
- Experience in a matrix environment
- Fluency in English and local language
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Experience in healthcare and international markets
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce.com)
