Selling Partners are our customers and we help them sell their products to hundreds of millions of Amazon buyers worldwide. We are seeking a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment to drive excellence in engaging Selling Partners across multiple communication channels with a focus on the EU region, helping them grow their business on Amazon.
Key Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will own scalable solutions that deliver robust engagement with Selling Partners across multiple channels. You will partner with product and program teams across geographies to scale identified solutions, influence product development roadmaps, and hold yourself and partner teams to a high bar in targeting, content, key messaging, and impact. You will focus on core KPIs to steer actions and iterations, develop marketing strategies and executions to maximize engagement, and seek opportunities to automate processes to scale marketing workflows. You will engage with product owners to remove friction points, trigger greater adoption of key programs, and increase engagement with call‑to‑action messaging. You will use AI tools and solutions to continually raise the bar in how Selling Partners receive, perceive, and act on outreach messaging, employing a structured test‑and‑learn approach.
Day in the Life
You will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and influence a broad set of technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You will relentlessly dive deep, ask “why” and “what if”, and keep the Selling Partner and their needs at the center of everything you do. You will be a self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity, attentive to detail, analytical, and able to think big and look beyond the horizon.
About The Team
The EU Selling Partner Communication team is the centre of excellence for SP communication, owning both short‑term implementation of communication work streams and the long‑term strategic evolution of initiatives and solutions that maximize growth opportunities for SPs. The team comprises subject‑matter experts capable of driving a multi‑channel approach and rigorously seeking scalable solutions in mass communication, channel development, lifecycle planning, and new product opportunities for Amazon SPs.
Basic Qualifications
- Professional, non‑internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using agentic tools for marketing
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programmes
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
