Marketing Coordinator– EMEA (Holistic Well-being)
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across the European market for a leading organization in the holistic well-being sector . This role bridges Marketing ensuring consistent communication, effective tools, and training programs to empower the sales force and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities such as events, incentives, and promotions, including organizing webinars , managing communications, coordinating translations, and producing marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of initiatives.
- Assist with market research and product-related strategies, including logistics for product launches.
- Monitor project timelines and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Prepare business proposals and create video presentations to support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions for the sales force (virtual and in-person) and provide tools to enhance performance.
- Plan and manage regional events, including venue coordination and agency liaison.
- Deliver competitive intelligence and market trend analysis.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels (excluding social media).
- Conduct customer surveys and manage distributor recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills for data management and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to business needs.
