Marketing Manager Consumer Tissue Italy, Iberia, Switzerland

In this role you lead the Consumer Tissue marketing for Italy, Iberia and Switzerland, reporting to the Marketing Director and guiding a small team. You’ll craft and execute brand plans for Tempo, Plenty, and Colhogar, driving growth across multiple geographies and coordinating with sales, global teams, and local partners. You’ll influence strategic decisions, manage launches and budgets, and contribute to the regional 5Y plan and innovation pipeline. This position offers cross-country impact within a fast-paced, value-driven culture.

• Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned brands
• Contribute to 5Y strategic plan and financial planning
• Drive local innovation development and participate in NPD
• Manage A & P budget and allocate resources
• Lead product launches within area and budget
• Coordinate end-to-end with sales, customer marketing, mill, and global teams
• Ensure accurate logistic forecast and participate in S&OP
• Oversee category performance and report to management
• Lead and develop the team of direct reports
• University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
• 10–15 years of brand marketing experience in international FMCG (B2C)
• Proven team leadership including remote management
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Collaborative leadership with proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
