Per azienda cliente, leader nel settore Education a livello internazionale, siamo alla ricerca di un Marketing & Communication Manager per l'apertura della nuova filiale italina in provincia di Varese.
Responsibilities
La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
1. Marketing Strategy & Sponsorship Management
• To be responsible for creating and managing a sponsorship marketing strategy.
• To build strategic relationships with donors, grant agencies and sponsors.
• To maintain database of sponsor prospects with contact information and contact history.
• To maintain database of all secured sponsors with complete information, contact history and financial support history.
• To prepare proposal and presentation as required for sponsorship purposes including writing the grant application or sponsorship proposal.
• To prepare post event sponsorship surveys, reports, and complementary packages for participating sponsors.
• To deploy successful marketing campaigns and the complete implementation from ideation to execution.
• To monitor and report to the Head of Marketing on the marketing budget utilization from time to time.
• To oversee and verify all forms of marketing collaterals.
• To evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against the set goals.
2. Communications & Public Relations
• To develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that align with the School’s goals and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
• To respond to media inquiries, draft press releases, and prepare media kits to enhance the School’s public image.
• To manage public relations strategies, including crisis communications and stakeholder perception, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• To draft speeches, schedule interviews, and print materials for diverse audiences.
• To oversee the School’s digital presence, ensuring timely updates, engaging content, and adherence to branding guidelines.
3. Event Creation & Management
• To plan, organize, and manage events that aligns with the School’s vision, mission and business plan.
• To collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of events, including securing sponsorship and media coverage.
• To manage promotional merchandise and publicity materials for exhibitions, events, and corporate activities
4. Corporate Identity & Brand Management
• To uphold and strengthen the School’s brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.
• To collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent representation of the brand.
• To monitor market trends and competitive strategies, adapting the brand strategy to maintain relevance and growth.
5. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• To manage social media channels to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely content that aligns with the school’s values.
• To monitor and analyze social media trends, adapting strategies to maximize engagement and outreach.
• To utilize analytics to measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with school goals.
6. Stakeholder Relations
• To develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni, donors, and the wider community.
• To foster positive relationship through effective internal communications and engagement initiatives, such as town halls and CSR programs.
7. Other Duties
• To lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and corporate communications team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• To monitor and report to the Head of Marketing on the marketing activities from time to time.
• To oversee and verify marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other marketing products including adverts.
• To measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• To liaise with Academic Division on the queries related to student Recruitment.
• To prepare paper and reports for all high level meetings, on Marketing and communications.
Your Profile
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Studies, Marketing,
- At least 5 years’ experience preferably in Education. KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Ability)
• Required skill (s): MS Windows / MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skill & customer oriented
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
• Fluent in English and other languages, not limited to Italian.
• Teamplayer with positive work ethics.
