MARKETING MANAGER

Pharma Point, on behalf of Substipharm, a lean and fast-growing international pharmaceutical company with a solid consolidated turnover, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the launch of products in new therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis : Conduct competitor research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
- Marketing Strategy : Develop a comprehensive marketing plan, including product positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
- Campaign Execution : Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and events.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience : At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Science (ideally a Pharmacy degree) combined with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills :
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages : Really fluent in English, written and spoken; French would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Product Launch Experience : Proven track record of successfully launching or relaunching products in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Digital Marketing Expertise : Experience with digital marketing platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools.
