Marketing Lead – Onco-Gynaecology

Location: GSK Verona, Italy

Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

This role is office based or hybrid. Exact pattern will be agreed with your manager, based on business needs

You will lead marketing for Onco-Gynaecology in Italy. You will design and deliver clear, patient-centred brand strategies that improve care and access. You will work closely with commercial, medical, market access and global partners to turn insight into action. We value curiosity, collaboration and practical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead development and execution of the Onco-Gynaecology brand plan using customer and patient insight in Italy, aligned with global and Franchise priorities.
  • Drive launch readiness and lifecycle management, including positioning, messaging and competitive strategy.
  • Translate market, clinical and access data into clear marketing priorities and tactical plans.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, market access, finance and global teams.
  • Localize global materials and manage omnichannel customer engagement activities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Gather and apply customer and patient insights to improve strategy and field execution.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking talent leaders with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Master’s degree in life sciences, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Experience with brand planning, new launches and lifecycle management in highly specialty therapeutic area.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Direct experience in oncology marketing, ideally in Onco-Gynaecology.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix teams.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing, innovation and digital customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of market access, pricing or reimbursement processes.
  • Previous experience in sales, international or regional role experience.
  • Previous experience in people management and leadership roles.
