    • The role
    • We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable B2B marketing manager to support our international growth in Europe. As a country marketing manager, you will help shape the marketing strategy in your country, leverage the power of our global marketing team to support local growth, and get hands-on with local activations.

      You will report directly to the Italy GM with a dotted line into our global Growth Marketing and Comms functions, who will supply you with functional playbooks to enable you to execute local strategies and engage you to execute global strategies in your market.

    • What you will do
    • Shape the Marketing Strategy in Italy
    • Be the on-the-ground expert for the market, feeding back cultural insights to our global marketing team about market dynamics, product relevance, and local channels to influence our European and global strategies.
    • Work with the global marketing team to understand and cascade the global marketing strategy into the market growth strategy.
    • Collaborate closely with the local GM & sales director to understand their marketing requirements and articulate marketing's role in overall country growth.
    • Maintain an overview of all marketing activities in your market to identify trends, messaging, channel mix, and performance.
    • Leverage our global marketing team to fuel local growth:
    • Work with global channel marketing to adapt sales tools and collateral for the local market and fill content gaps based on your knowledge.
    • Coordinate with the global brand team to bring the Dojo brand to life locally and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
    • Utilize global performance marketing to align digital messaging with local objectives.
    • Engage the global communications team for local customer and partner communications.
    • Get hands-on with local activations:
    • Review local marketing and sales materials to ensure resonance and provide feedback.
    • Engage local sales teams and partners with country-specific communications and programs.
    • Organize local trade shows and brand events following global playbooks.
    • Manage real-time crisis communications per global protocols.
    • Coordinate with local PR agencies and suppliers.
    • Share learnings from local activations with global teams and other markets.
    • Manage relationships with the press, issuing updates on products, features, and partnerships.
    • What you will bring
    • 5+ years of B2B marketing campaign management experience in Italy.
    • Fluent in English and Italian.
    • Excellent communication skills, ideally in a multinational setting.
    • Broad B2B marketing experience, especially in events, community engagement, PR, or communications.
    • Experience working with sales teams or in sales roles is advantageous.
    • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
    • Experience in high-growth, disruptive startups or fast-paced environments.
    • Creative with a desire to experiment and learn.
    • Resilient and adaptable to change.
