Marketing Intern

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Marketing Intern to join our team in Pero (MI), Italy, within the Marketing department. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide support across a diverse range of marketing activities, including data entry, event management, and internal and external communications.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting colleagues and suppliers, many of whom are international, making fluent English a critical requirement for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office 365 Support: Manage email correspondence, calendars, and MS Teams, as well as prepare documents and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Web and Content Updates: Perform data entry and update pages within the WordPress platform to ensure marketing content remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Event Coordination: Assist with vendor relations, oversee event portals, support logistics, and prepare materials for trade shows and corporate events.
• Communications Support: Help publish content on LinkedIn and the company Intranet, including drafting and distributing internal newsletters.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Solid foundational skills in managing mail, calendars, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• WordPress Experience: Previous experience with data entry and content updates on WordPress.
• Organizational Strengths: Strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Comfortable transitioning between a variety of tasks.
