Generate Desire: Create strategies to attract users and Creators

Synergy with Talent: Work closely with superstars to coordinate launches that speak their language and that of their community.

The "Bootstrap" Alchemist: You have the rare ability to generate massive traction with zero or limited budget . You know how to leverage organic reach, viral loops, and community psychology to build an audience out of thin air.

Build the Community: Make every user feel part of a small circle, where exclusivity marries goodwill.

Impact Marketing: Know how to convey Imflu's social value in a simple, transparent, and engaging way.

What We Look For in You:

Social-Native: You quickly understand trends on Instagram, TikTok, and the platforms where creators live. You know what drives them.

Growth Mindset: You like numbers and concrete results. You experiment quickly to understand what works and immediately discard what doesn't work.

Founder Attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do. You propose directions, challenge the team, and feel the product is yours.

Tool Master: You know how to use the main analysis and promotion tools, but your best weapon is strategic creativity.

What You'll Do:

You'll Give Voice to the Dream: You'll define from zero how Imflu speaks to the world, creating a brand that stars will be proud to be a part of.

You'll Drive Growth: You'll plan the app launch and the campaigns that will bring the first VIP users and their fans to the platform.

You'll Work on the Core: You'll work side by side with the design and tech teams to ensure the product is loved by the market from day one.

You'll Design Engagement : You'll find innovative ways to keep the community active, turning a simple download into ongoing participation.
