This Role In Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Intern (Graphic Design & Content) to join our team. You’ll support the marketing department across print and digital projects, with a focus on graphic design, social content creation and image/asset management. From in-store materials to global campaign adaptations, you’ll touch brand communication end-to-end and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Key activities

  • Create and adapt print and in-store assets (window visuals, posters, leaflets, POS, VM collaterals).
  • Localize and resize global campaigns across formats and channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Design digital assets (social visuals, banners, newsletters/DEM, landing pages, presentations).
  • Contribute to social content (layouts, carousels, short-form video covers, simple animations).
  • Manage product and campaign images: selection, basic editing/retouch, naming, exporting, and upload to DAM/shared drives.
  • Build moodboards and visual references to support concepts and editorial plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Retail, E-commerce, PR) and external partners (agencies, printers, photographers).
  • Assist in the roll-out of integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Support during company events.
  • Contribute to the day–by–day marketing office tasks

Requirements

  • Studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or similar.
  • Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Understanding of layout and file prep for print and web.
  • Strong typography, attention to detail, and visual consistency.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and formats.
  • Organized, proactive, collaborative; able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have (plus)

  • Basics in After Effects/Premiere (motion/short edits).
  • Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools.
  • Fundamentals of photography/retouching and archive management (tagging, metadata).
  • Passion for mountains/outdoor culture.
