Overview
In this role you will lead Sephora Italy’s marketing to drive traffic, brand awareness, and growth. You will shape an integrated, full-funnel strategy across communications, events, social, PR, and CRM, aligning with Sephora’s mission of inclusion. You’ll manage partnerships, influencer collaborations, and large-scale activations while optimizing budget and performance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impact for the Italian market and customer lifecycle. This is an opportunity to influence a leading beauty brand in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and to scale initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and market share.
Responsibilities
- Increase traffic in physical and online stores
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategy across COMM, PR & EVENTS
- Create and implement social media strategies for Sephora Italy’s local channels
- Lead PR and digital PR strategies for Italian market
- Establish and manage influencer collaborations
- Develop and implement original content across platforms
- Plan and manage sponsorships, branded events, and large-scale consumer activations
- Manage and allocate marketing budget across projectsCultivate and strengthen loyalty program to maximize customer lifetime value
- Expand CRM initiatives to reduce inactivity and churn
- Develop commercial plans to optimize customer behavior and ROI
- Analyze and monitor customer data and share insights with stakeholders
- Ensure flawless in-store visual merchandising and customer journey
- Develop and implement in-store activations for key promotions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
- Excellent project management skills with multiple projects
- Proven leadership and team development experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills to monitor marketing performance
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
