Our Sanrio GmbH business coordinates the development of licensing throughout Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa, India, Oceania and worldwide for Mr. Men Little Miss. Sanrio GmbH and Mr. Men Little Miss are subsidiaries of Sanrio Co. Ltd. in Tokyo.

Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to a senior marketing manager, your accountabilities will include:
Marketing
- Support in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns online and offline by managing the production of marketing materials and assets, supporting with approvals, licensees support and coordination external agencies and internal resources
- Support in coordinating events (both internal marketing events and events from licensees), including costume character booking, props lending, material development
- Draft of presentations, from pitches to licensees and prospects, to final reports and case histories
- Support Marketing Managers and manage activities with Sales and Creative, as well as external agencies and licensees
Web and Social Media
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, websites, and press releases, coordinating their usage and diffusion
- Support with the ideation of social media editorial plans, and in managing ADV and media budget
- Support in managing e-commerce (website, Amazon), also handling requests from MMLM shop licensees
- Monitor organic and ADV media results
Data Analysis/Budget
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
- Contribute to update and track marketing spend
- Draft documents (service agreements, invoices, shipping documents, internal documents etc), liaising directly with management and administration
What you bring with you
- Italian, English and French proficiency (C1 or native speaker) are a must-have
- Communications or Marketing-related degree, or previous experience in Marketing and/or Licensing
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and social media
- Working independently as well as in a team
- Communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Enjoy multitasking, applying a problem-solving mindset to different projects handled at the same time
