Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join KIKO Milano’s Marketing & Communication Team.

Such talent will be a key partner, providing guidance, insights and analysis for all the Marketing activities to support the Italian organization to achieve business targets.

The mission of the Marketing Coordinator is to support Italian business (more than 300 stores), strengthening internal organization and collaboration and ensuring dedicated oversight of market analysis and performance monitoring activities

In particular, you will:

  • Contribute to the development of the Italian Marketing plan and strategy, consistently with the Global approach and HQ guidelines, providing comprehensive support for all marketing activities
  • Contribute to the department's ability to collect, read, synthesize, and interpret data and insights from both external sources (market, competitors, consumer behavior) and internal sources (retail, performance, specific activities), ensuring that all the activities are monitored for effectiveness and efficiency, providing ongoing analytical support
  • Collect and analyze data from local Marketing & Communication activities, providing reports and insights to measure the results of such initiatives, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and replicable best practices
  • Study consumer behavior and emerging trends by liaising with Retail departments, translating insights into concrete and targeted actions that have an impact on the Italian Business Unit
  • Participate in Retail Marketing and co-marketing initiatives both in shopping malls (e.g.: collaboration with Shopping Mall Landlords, initiatives on their FB/IG/Web site channels, initiatives related to their loyalty programs, neighborhood offers for staff...) and in KIKO's other commercial realities, with a drive to store approach to increase brand visibility locally
  • Participate in the definition and ensure monitoring of the reference budget
  • Collaborate with Global departments (CRM, Trade Marketing, Media) to develop local plans consistently with local needs

What you will need to succeed

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communication or similar
  • 3-4 years experience in a Structured Company
  • Good level in English
  • Ability to coordinate input from different Global teams
  • Experience in beauty or retail field is a plus
