Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute local marketing activity for Aethos Monterosa. This hands-on position focuses on content creation, social media, storytelling, and supporting campaigns tailored to the destination’s mountain lifestyle, outdoor culture, and target audience. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing – Italy and central Brand & Marketing team, ensuring Monterosa’s story is communicated consistently across channels.

Key responsibilities

Content & Storytelling

  • Create and gather destination-appropriate content for editorial, social, and property touchpoints
  • Support photography/video shoots and asset collection on property
  • Assist in newsletters, promotions, and seasonal communications

Social Media & Community

  • Support day-to-day social media management
  • Assist with posting calendars and community engagement
  • Monitor reviews and support guest interaction

Digital & Collateral

  • Help maintain fresh website content and digital assets
  • Support production of on-property materials

PR & Influencers

  • Assist with logistics for media and influencer visits

Events & Activations

  • Support local events and activations, including coordination and post-event reporting

Your requirements and qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or hospitality
  • Strong organisational and content-creation skills
  • Comfortable producing photo/video content on mobile
  • Familiarity with Canva; Adobe/Figma a plus
  • Proactive and collaborative
