The brand's symbols are the four natural elements: air, water, fire, and earth, which convey the purity of Byblos' technological graphics and symbolize Nature’s Perfection, blending contrasting worlds to form the brand’s DNA.

The brand concept merges Nature and hi-tech, creating a tech-chic-rock aesthetic. It draws inspiration from Music, Contemporary Art, Street culture, and Nature, which combine into a 'Singularity' that promotes Inclusion, Diversity, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement the overarching marketing strategy across all channels (digital, retail, experiential, influencer, CRM).
  2. Lead market and brand positioning initiatives to increase brand equity, desirability, and cultural relevance.
  3. Drive integrated go-to-market plans for seasonal collections, product launches, exclusive collaborations, and special projects.
  4. Design and execute high-impact product launches and brand events, both physical and digital, aligned with cultural moments and audience behavior.
  5. Analyze performance data and consumer insights to optimize acquisition, engagement, and conversion across funnels.
  6. Oversee content and communication strategies in collaboration with creative and social teams, ensuring coherence across all brand touchpoints.
  7. Scout and propose high-impact partnerships, media strategies, and innovation opportunities (AI, AR, community activations).
  8. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, aligning marketing vision with business growth objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing roles within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or culturally-driven brands.
  • Strong background in brand building, digital growth, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically — comfortable switching from storytelling to data models.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behaviors, digital ecosystems, and emerging tech trends.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, and product teams.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, retail activations, and international brand expansion.
