(Senior) Marketing Communications Manager
Are you a passionate marketing professional with a flair for crafting compelling narratives and executing impactful campaigns across Europe? We are seeking a dynamic (Senior) Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives, elevate brand presence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector targeting European audiences
- Proven track record in developing and executing annual marketing strategies, along with managing projects and budgets effectively
- Broad skill set across digital marketing, content creation, product launches, demand generation, branding, and omni-channel campaigns
- Expertise in creating diverse marketing materials, testing their efficacy through webinars, expert interviews, sell sheets, web content, interactive tools, and videos
- Experience organizing and managing events such as ribbon-cuttings, photo and video shoots, and trade shows
- Ability to work closely with marketing, technical consulting, sales, and events teams while reporting to a US-based leadership structure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or data analytics
- Proficiency in multiple languages or understanding of European market nuances
- Familiarity with webinar platforms, interactive content tools, or digital measurement analytics
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Relevant experience in European pharmaceutical or healthcare markets preferred
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe to events and shoots
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
