The Marketing Communication Specialist collaborates with the Group Strategic Marketing Director to define communication strategy, budget, timelines and operatively supports the definition of Company communication plan (vs internal and external stockholders) accordingly; he/she assists on developing marketing tools and is actively part of the Company Communication strategy under the supervision of the Group Strategic Marketing Director.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborates to the definition of communication strategy, budget, timelines and operatively supports the definition of communication plan accordingly, under the supervision of the Group Strategic Marketing Director
- Identifies topics, creates, implements and manages contents (CMS, meta tag, …) such as articles, videos, press, newsletters
- Manages digital channels (website, Linkedin, Youtube) according to the Company/Group guidelines
- Sets advertising campaigns on Linkedin and Google Ads
- Uses marketing automation tools
- Marcom KPI monitoring and analysis for decision making process
- Analysis SEO
- Supports the creation and developing of Company institutional communication tools and materials
- Based on internal customer needs, develop marketing tools and initiatives
- Collaborates with external creative agency
- Conducts market researches and competition monitoring
- Supports projects and activities related to internal communication in collaboration with HR department
