We're looking for a Marketing & Communication Lead to help us boost the company to the next level.
As a Marketing & Communication Lead t in Sysmex Italia you will :
- Co-develop external and internal communication strategy with key internal functions, bringing structured approach, standard methodologies and best practices of operative marketing and brand governance.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing and communication physical and digital initiatives, actively contribute to improve brand awareness and understanding of the added value of Sysmex solutions for all healthcare stakeholders.
- Manage the digital ecosystem, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing assets, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines.
Task requested
- Partner with Business Units to build and execute integrated communication plans that support commercial targets, product roadmaps, and clinical evidence dissemination.
- Publish a shared editorial calendar and integrate with Sales plays build together with Marketing of BU.
- Lead end‑to‑end congress/event and digital campaign execution, from objectives setting to post‑event nurture, budget review and ROI calculation.
- Oversee operational activities behind local and national events and congresses.
- Manage the digital ecosystem (website/SEO, LinkedIn/YouTube, marketing automation) with a content calendar aligned to BU priorities, external awareness campaigns, and clinical evidence milestones.
- Maintain a DAM (digital asset management) and standardized SOPs for review/approval and audit trails.
- Own brand architecture, visual identity, and messaging hierarchy; ensure consistent brand use across all touchpoints (web, print, packaging, events, employer branding).
- Conduct periodic brand audits and manage brand training and templates.
- Lead internal communications in support to MD and HR department, including leadership updates, townhalls, and change management messaging.
- Govern the full lifecycle of marketing assets: creation, localization, version control, translations, and retirement.
- Select, brief, and manage agencies (digital, creative, PR, event) with clear scopes, SLAs, and performance dashboards and review.
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to foster team growth.
Job requirements
- Master’s in marketing or communication, or life science related degrees
- Languages: fluent English (C1), mother tongue Italian
- 7+ years marketing & communications with a similar role in healthcare industry. Any experience in Medtech and Diagnostics is a plus
- 2+ years managing agencies or a small team
- Experience with KOL development and engagement, health economics narratives and market access communications is a strong plus
General professional experience:
- Excellent technical writing and storytelling
- Proficient with digital communication and analytical tools
- Proficient with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation
- Strong End‑to‑end physical and digital event execution
