Marketing Business Partner - Professional Solutions

The Marketing team defines the company’s marketing strategy, leading customer insight, pricing, corporate branding, and PR activities. We coordinate with the go‑to‑market and product marketing activities carried out by the Business Units, ensuring the alignment and effectiveness of initiatives. We govern the Group’s digital platforms, managing lead generation, commercial campaigns, and communication initiatives throughout the various channels. We are committed to building and strengthening the Group’s image.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of competitive positioning, market priorities, and the go‑to‑market plan for the Professionals BU;
  • Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and coordinated action plans;
  • Continuously analyse the market, competitive trends, and target customer needs to anticipate development opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance commercial effectiveness by developing materials, messages, and sales enablement tools;
  • Define and prioritise marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing Operations teams;
  • Monitor the performance of marketing activities, gather insights, measure business impact, and propose corrective actions when needed;
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations) and ensure ongoing alignment between the BU and Central Marketing;
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and the evaluation of new market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Solid experience (from 2 to 5 years) in strategic marketing roles or as a marketing business partner, preferably in complex environments;
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market and performance data;
  • Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams;
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and the needs of Professionals (Accountants, Lawyers, Labour Consultants) is considered a plus;
  • Advanced English proficiency (Level C1).
