The part you'll play

We are seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to join our Florence headquarters on a maternity leave cover basis, supporting our Global Media & Brand Insights Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing costs, consolidating budget reporting, and delivering data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance globally. Working closely with Marketing and Finance teams, you will help ensure efficient spending and provide key metrics and analysis that guide strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing costs on a daily basis, including coordination between the Marketing team and Finance team
  • Report on marketing costs monthly, consolidating Marketing spending at both HQ and global levels, and conduct cost analysis
  • Monitor Marketing metrics and KPIs monthly and on a project basis
  • Provide key insights and learnings to support the marketing team
