About Allotex

Allotex is redefining presbyopia treatment through innovative, next-generation biologic corneal inlays. Following successful clinical adoption across Europe, we are now entering a scale-up phase — transitioning from early market onboarding to systematic activation and repeat procedure growth.

We are hiring a Marketing Automatisation & CRM Manager  to build and operate the digital infrastructure that powers this growth.


Role Overview

You will own Allotex’s digital commercial infrastructure — CRM, website, social media, funnel automation, and clinic-level activation assets — ensuring that every strategic partner clinic launches and scales patient acquisition with excellence and consistency.

You will be the operational architect behind our commercial scale-up  — not briefing agencies, but building and deploying the system yourself.


Key Responsibilities

Commercial Enablement & Activation

  • Equip sales & key account teams with digital assets, presentation toolkits and activation materials
  • Build and maintain a scalable Digital Excellence Playbook across markets
  • Ensure premium, compliant implementation in collaboration with commercial, clinical & operations teams

Partner Programme Execution

  • Translate high-level partnership agreements into clinic-level digital activation plans
  • Deploy tailored funnels, landing pages, in-clinic comms, educational content
  • Work on-site when needed to ensure flawless execution and alignment

Digital Infrastructure Leadership

  • Own and evolve Allotex’s full digital infrastructure: CRM, marketing automation, reporting stack, website, and social media
  • Build scalable frameworks for patient funnel automation & segmentation
  • Ensure full data visibility, tracking, and commercial intelligence across markets


Ideal Candidate

  • 5–10 years in digital commercial enablement / CRM / growth automation
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or high-stakes B2B/B2B2C environments preferred
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and operate digital systems (not just manage agencies)
  • Strong aesthetic standards — able to produce premium client-facing assets & presentations
  • Fluent in Italian and English (additional EU languages are a plus)
  • Based in Milan — willing to travel internationally (~40%)
