As a key contributor within the Marketing department, you will support external communication activities, social media, branded content, events organization and management, along with networking and editorial activities.

You will also play an active role in internal communication, ensuring the effective dissemination of messages, initiatives, and updates within the organization to foster alignment, engagement, and a strong sense of belonging across teams.

You will be responsible for supporting the Newsroom with a specific focus on press review, editing internal papers and copywriting starting from a content basis together with the teams involved and managed through an end-to-end approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University Degree – preferably in Humanistic Studies (Corporate Communication, Communication Science, International Relations, Political Sciences, Philosophy etc.).


• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English, as well as ability to communicate/interface with people of all levels.


• Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.


• Strong curiosity to topical issues and news among different areas, with desire to learn and a strong can-do attitude.


• Interest and knowledge about integrated media systems, content production and social environment.


• Proven organizational and administrative skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail.


• Flexibility, responsiveness and service-mindedness.


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines, whilst completing work to a high standard.


• Positive attitude, drive, and commitment, with a proactive attitude to problem-solving and willingness to multi-tasking.
