Your role

The Market Research team supports strategic business decisions by delivering data-driven insights on customers, market trends and competitive landscape. The team combines qualitative and quantitative research to guide offer development, optimise the user experience and improve commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage quantitative and qualitative market research for all gaming products (lotteries, betting, gaming machine and online gaming) across Flutter brands, both in-house and through external research institutes.
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable, business‑oriented insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Online and Retail teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage external vendors and research agencies to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare structured presentations and deliver effective storytelling to senior management.
• Work in a dynamic, international environment with colleagues from different countries and share best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Market Research design and execution in research institutes or multinational companies.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of statistical methodology applied to Market Research and ability to analyse data and define strategic insights.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Curiosity, proactivity and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present results in an easy, complete and compelling way to non‑analytics colleagues.
