We are looking for a Market Funnel Analyst
The Market Funnel Analyst supports the daily execution of funnel performance monitoring, diagnostics, and optimization.
The role uses Regional dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks while applying market-specific understanding to interpret data accurately and recommend actionable improvements.
This role ensures Regional reporting is used consistently in the market and enriches it through local insights, nuances, and performance learnings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Funnel Monitoring Using Regional Dashboards
• Track performance across all funnel stages using Regional tools.
• Identify anomalies, trends, growth opportunities, and drop-offs.
• Contextualize performance using local channel, campaign, and audience intelligence.
2. Insight Development for Local Governance & Regional Alignment
• Prepare funnel insight summaries for market performance routines.
• Deliver clear, contextual explanations of KPI movements.
• Contribute local insights to Regional reports and playbooks.
3. Optimization Execution
• Support implementation of optimization actions across media, CRM and content.
• Run A/B tests following Regional frameworks, adapted for market specifics.
• Track test performance and document learnings.
4. Reporting Discipline & Data Quality
• Ensure the market relies on Regional dashboards (no parallel reporting).
• Validate data accuracy and flag issues to Regional and local owners.
• Maintain consistent use of Regional KPI definitions.
5. Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with CRM, media, market and brand teams to ensure funnel KPIs guide execution decisions.
• Support preparation for market and Regional performance reviews.
• Provide deep-dive diagnostics when KPI shifts occur.

• Awareness: Reach, CPR, traffic quality
• Consideration: CTR, engagement, lead volume, CPL
• Intent & Conversion: Lead-to-sale conversion, CPA
• Retention: Loyalty rate, CRM lifecycle KPIs
• Efficiency: budget allocation efficiency
• Forecasting: Demand/lead/sales forecast accuracy
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret funnel KPIs and performance signals
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (PowerBI, GA4, CRM tools)
• Clear communication and storytelling
• Comfortable working within structured frameworks
• Problem solving mindset
Experience
• 1–4 years in digital analytics, media performance, CRM analytics, or marketing operations
• Prior experience with funnel KPIs preferred
• Experience working with standardized reporting environments
