Market Engagement & Insights Lead

Overview

As Market Engagement & Insights Lead for Digital Human Health, you will steer in-country digital, data and AI-enabled commercial outcomes, aligning market priorities with DH capabilities. You’ll drive a unified roadmap and budget, oversee demand-to-value processes, and ensure adoption and measurable value. You’ll partner with senior leaders and delivery teams to deliver analytics-driven decision making, engaging cross-functional stakeholders and championing governance and capability building. This role offers the chance to shape digital transformation in a patient-centered pharma environment.

Responsabilità

• 10+ years in digital, data/analytics, insights, commercial operations or technology leadership
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, data, analytics and AI/ML in a commercial setting
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and measurable value
• Strong strategic planning, governance and prioritization capabilities including demand and capacity management
• Experience driving value realization, risk management and execution
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Strong change leadership and team development capabilities
