What You’ll Be Doing

As a Market Development Partner - Welfare (L.68/99) , you’ll play a key role in driving the expansion of our Welfare products within the Large Enterprise segment (company up to 350 employees) . This role is part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like:

• Generate sales‑qualified leads – By conducting high‑energy outbound activities through cold calling, emails, and strategic online meetings with key customers.
• Develop new business opportunities – By engaging with Large Enterprise Employers’ main stakeholders to introduce Satispay as a leading welfare solution.
• Fuel the sales pipeline – By building a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team.
• Master sales tools – By effectively utilising CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound tools such as Sales Navigator/Lusha to track and manage activities.
• Collaborate on growth strategies – By working closely with the team to exceed lead generation targets and scale the Large Enterprise business line.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1 year of experience in outbound sales – Specifically focusing on contacting and engaging Enterprise‑level customers.
• Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills – With the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with executives and high‑level decision‑makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools – Such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sales Navigator to manage a complex sales pipeline.
• Fluency in both Italian and English – Combined with a proactive, results‑oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Eligibility under employment protection laws (L.68/99) – This opportunity is dedicated to candidates with disabilities or other protected status in line with Italian law.
