Location: Via Metallino 12, 20093, Cologno Monzese, MI, Italy

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market expansion and client acquisition for SiyouPay, driving product adoption and business growth.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, identify potential merchants and partners, and increase market coverage and revenue.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to optimize customer experience and business processes.
  • Oversee business negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and business optimization solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the payments, POS, or fintech industry.
  • Prior experience with payment solutions (e.g., SumUp, myPOS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong market insight, customer acquisition, and business negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive project success.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the payments ecosystem in Italy and the broader European market.

任职要求:


具有支付、POS或金融科技行业市场拓展或销售经验;


熟悉Sumup、myPOS等支付业务经验者优先;


具备良好的市场洞察力、客户拓展能力和商务谈判能力;


有团队协作经验,能与内部团队紧密合作推动项目落地;


积极主动,目标导向,具备强烈的结果意识;


良好的沟通能力及业务分析能力。
