Role and Responsibilities

In alignment with the Patient Value & Access Director, the Market Access Specialist promote and preserve the value proposition of our portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle:

implementing the activities required to guarantee a fast and broad national/regional access, ensuring that product access conditions are in line with global guidelines and allow the treatment of eligible patients.

generating solid evidence to sustain our value proposition and an appropriate allocation of HCS resources

managing the price and reimbursement process, coordinating the internal contributors

assessing any market access impact coming from external environment

Preparing Price & Reimbursement dossier, coordinating Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Marketing, ensuring a full alignment to the Global strategy (value proposition and pricing guidelines)

Developing and managing projects that contribute to maximise product value, in compliance with local regulations and internal processes

Preparing regional value dossiers which describe and provide evidence for unmet needs, clinical and economic differentiation, epidemiology and budget impact at regional level

Generate tools to guarantee an effective communication of our value proposition, to support Field Access Team in regional and local access process

Monitor and analyse external scenario changes and competitors dynamics, including price and reimbursement conditions and timeline

What you’ll bring

University Degree in Life Science or Economics. A post degree in Health Policy, Health Economics is a plus

2+ years experience in market access, working cross-functionally in matrix organizations.

Fluent in Italian and English

Excellent analytical skills

“Make it happen” mentality, curiosity and resilience

Team player

Project management and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues
