Job Details

As a member of Pharmalex Italian Market Access Team, the Manager will be involved in the development of several projects related to the different areas of the Patient Access Team (PAT): Regional Access & Value; HTA & special projects or Patient engagement; reporting to the Senior Manager and/or Patient Access Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute and follow‑up the tasks related to the PAT projects.
  • Coordinate analysts and interns activities.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses (landscape, GAP analysis, etc.) to aid development of recommendations.
  • Carry out activities related to the preparation of a regional dossier.
  • Prepare a value proposition or other materials to communicate the value of a drug.
  • Create and review reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
  • Conduct desk research on specific topics using internal and external sources.
  • Support the company in business development.
  • Monitor AIFA website, AIFA decrees for drugs and regional decrees.
  • Perform other tasks that are reasonable and correspond with the employee’s abilities if requested by general management.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, or Statistics.
  • MBA/PhD in Market Access, Health Policy, or Health Economics is a plus.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Market Access, with exposure to national and regional access dynamics.
  • Experience with AIFA pricing & reimbursement dossier preparation desirable but not essential.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Health Economics.
  • Experience with Medical Device.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project coordination skills, including supervision of junior team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams.
