Are you an experienced marina professional looking for an exciting new role.
SYR are working with a world-renowned marina operator with a number of sites across Europe as they seek a Marina General Manager for one of their flagship marinas in the Adriatic.
Located close to the historical city of Venice, the facility offers berthing for up to 1,000 vessels up to 40m in length with a host of onsite maintenance services and retail outlets.
In a marina GM we're seeking someone with prior experience in either assistant management or management of a marina facility who has the confidence to lead and grow an on site team and further increase profitability and growth for the facility.
You'll be used to working with on site booking and CRM systems and be as active in the office as you are out in the marina. With a passion for top flight service, you'll lead by example and constantly be striving to improve.
