Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive Lean thinking and continuous process improvement within the Production environment. You will initiate and follow up improvement projects, collaborating with Production and Internal Logistics to create a more efficient organization. You’ll focus on value-driven manufacturing, eliminating non-value activities and ensuring smooth flow of operations. You’ll work across teams on new product introductions and process improvements, contributing to Operational Excellence and sustainable practices in Castello D’Agogna, Italy.

• Train and support operators.
• Identify and implement process improvements with Engineering; apply 5S and lean principles.
• Represent Production in PTMs and liaison between operators and R&D.
• Optimize material flows from warehouse to production.

Responsabilità

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years in a Lean manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated Lean implementation in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Attention to detail and hands-on involvement.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experienced with AutoCAD; fluent in English.
